Hungarian developer Futureal has signed a loan agreement worth €79.5 million with UniCredit Bank to finance the construction and long-term operation of the Corvin Innovation Campus office complex in Budapest.
Slovak developer Immocap has secured €44 million of construction financing and €50 million of investment financing by UniCredit Bank for The Mill office project in Bratislava’s Mlynské Nivy. The completion of the project is expected in 2023.
Wood & Company has obtained a loan of €229.5 million, one of the highest amounts in the Slovak real estate market, to refinance the debt of the Aupark shopping centre in Bratislava. The financing will be provided by several European banking groups, all of which have operated historically in Slovakia.
VÚB banka and UniCredit Bank have provided developer J&T Real Estate with a €105 million syndicated loan for the construction of Eurovea’s extended residential part, which will include approximately 500 apartments in Eurovea Tower - Slovakia’s very first skyscraper - and waterfront residences (Eurovea Riverside). Manufacturing PMIs in CEE showed that the recovery slowed at the end of Q3 2020 and the carryover to Q4 2020 was small (and even negative in some cases). This assessment pertains also to the outlook, with new orders and output expectations either rising less or showing a slower recovery in September than in the previous months, according to Dan Bucsa, Chief CEE Economist at UniCredit Bank in London.
Futureal Group signed a loan agreement for €150 million (roughly HUF 48 billion) with a consortium led by UniCredit acting as Bookrunner and Facility Agent. UniCredit and Erste Group will finance Buda's biggest shopping centre with equal parts, marking one of the largest shopping centre-related financings in Hungary over the past ten years. The construction of Etele Plaza, with a gross area of 137,000 square meters, is already underway.
Granit Polus Group has signed a credit agreement of €335 million with a syndicate of Erste Group Bank AG, Erste Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit SpA and K&H Bank Zrt. in order to refinance existing loans and provide a capex credit line for WestEnd City Center.
Elegance Decor, the home & deco company, has leased 400 sqm in Bucharest-based Equilibrium 1 for its new office. The building has a total leasable area of 20,700 sqm and was developed by Skanska.
Majorel Polska, an international outsourcing services provider has extendied a lease agreement for the next 2 years and leased additional 400 meters for a new project - IT Hub in recently modernised Globis Poznań by GTC. It now occupies 3 200 sqm of A-class workspace. CBRE has advised Majorel Polska on concluding the lease contract.
NEPI Rockcastle Poland has extended its office lease agreement and enlarged its premises in the Cosmopolitan Twarda 4 building in Warsaw city centre. The shopping centre owner and operator now occupies 1,500 sqm of offices in the building.
