The share of food & beverages in modern shopping centres in Sofia is two to three times below the European benchmark, according to the latest report by Colliers International. From 5% a decade ago, it grew to 10-15% of GLA in European cities in present times and is forecasted to reach 20% by 2025. The share of F&B in Sofia shopping centres is about 6% or 20,000 sqm of the total space.

The first building of the Green Heart complex in Belgrade has been officially opened. Nordeus, independent mobile gaming company based in Belgrade, chose GTC’s office centre to create their new studio. To accommodate a team of 170 people, the creator of competitive games leased 6,000 sqm across seven floors with three additional underground levels for parking.
Newmark Polska, a commercial real estate advisory firm, has relocated its Warsaw headquarters. Its new office is located in Centrum Marszałkowska in the very centre of Warsaw.
The office of the European Shared Service Centre of the Franke brand, a manufacturer of home and professional kitchen equipment, is moving to the myhive Nimbus building on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw, owned by Immofinanz. The contract, brokered by ITRA Polska, is for the lease of 1,500 sqm of office space.
At the beginning of July the Warsaw team of EPP company moved to Park Rozwoju office park and will occupy approximately 1,200 sqm on the 6th floor in Building B. EPP is both the owner and the manager of the complex.
