New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) has closed several transactions in Southeastern Europe. The Group has concluded an agreement to acquire a shopping centre in Sibiu, Romania, a minority interest in Mega Mall Bucharest, Romania and a land plot in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Globalworth Real Estate Investments has signed an agreement to offer real estate secured bonds worth a total of 180 million euros. 150 million euros will be subscribed by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and the remaining 30 million euros by funds managed by Cairn Capital (“Cairn”).
According to the latest RICS Commercial Property Monitor, occupier and investment sentiment continues to be broadly positive in Central and Eastern Europe for Q1 2016. Sentiment in both the Occupier and Investment markets registered a positive value across Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. At the same time RICS has published its Croatia Commercial Property Monitor for the first time.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, strong investment activity in the core Central European markets of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania continued in the first quarter of 2016, with EUR 1.4 billion invested. The slight decrease in transaction volume of 5% compared to the corresponding period of 2015 was smaller than the 14% fall recorded for Europe overall. Q1 activity was also above the long-run average of EUR 1.2 billion since 2007.
GTC has acquired two buildings in Bucharest, Premium Plaza and Premium Point. The two modern A-class office buildings in the capital’s CBD will increase GTC’s Romanian portfolio by 15,000 square metres of net leasable area.
Cushman & Wakefield Echinox moves its headquarters to the office building developed by businessman and former tennis player Ion Tiriac near Piata Victoriei in Bucharest. The company rented here a space between 300 and 500 sqm.
CBRE Romania will move from this summer to a new headquarters. The company rented almost one floor of One Tower, which has 1,400 sqm.
Furniture retailer Mobexpert leased 2,000 sqm of warehouses and offices in Constanța Business Park, developed by Global Vision and Globalworth. Following recent transactions, Constanța Business Park has reached an occupancy rate of 70%.
Olga Szczęsna has joined JLL Poland's Office Agency Department, where she has taken up the position of director. Olga will be responsible for the commercialization of buildings from the Patrizia portfolio, including N21, Metron and G9, as well as the Central Point building, currently under construction in the centre of Warsaw.

Ciprian Sîrbu has over 10 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, and industrial supply chain, completed by 7 years in which he worked in the IT field.
