DP World has opened three new logistics sites in Romania following combined investments of €86 million in a move designed to increase cargo flow capacity in the country.

Spaces leased by private medical operators now represent about 2.5% of the total modern office space available in Bucharest, with most of the players occupying buildings in Bucharest’s main office hub based in northern Bucharest, according to an iO Partners report.

Romanian property group Impact Developer & Contractor has announced the appointment of Richard Dan-Sebastian Câmpeanu as interim General Manager starting June 1 following a decision of the Board of Directors.
