Ceetrus Romania has completed the third phase of the Coresi Business Park office project, following an investment of €14 million.

Romania was ranked fifth at a European level in 2018 regarding the deliveries of retail space in retail parks, being overtaken in this hierarchy only by France, Spain, Great Britain and Italy, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s report.

One United Properties has completed the concept of its new office project One Cotroceni Park.  The new project can offer a floorplate up to 8,000 sqm, addressing companies in search of a headquarter efficiency solution.

Automotive parts supplier Continental Romania is investing €27 million to expand its office building in Iasi. The new building will have eight floors and a total built-up area of over 21,000 square metres. Completion of the project is scheduled for March 2020.

CBRE has expanded its team with the first humanoid robot available in a real estate company in Romania, PepperEscu. By doing so since May, CBRE aims to use the robot's technological abilities to create synergy between people as end-users of the properties, from office workers to visitors to shopping centres.

On the 30th of August 2019, Iulius and Atterbury Europe will open the first phase of the Iulius Town Timişoara project (formerly known as Openville), the largest real estate investment in the region, adding up to more than €220 million. This is the first mixed-use development in the west of Romania.
