Facility management group Atalian has signed this year a strategic global agreement with Gausium, the provider of autonomous cleaning and service robots. The partnership enables Atalian to introduce “cobotics” solutions worldwide, in large scale projects.

Real estate consultancy Colliers is testing the first intelligent software robot dedicated to the real estate industry in Romania. The company is using the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology developed by UiPath.

CBRE has expanded its team with the first humanoid robot available in a real estate company in Romania, PepperEscu. By doing so since May, CBRE aims to use the robot's technological abilities to create synergy between people as end-users of the properties, from office workers to visitors to shopping centres.
