Real estate consultancy Colliers is testing the first intelligent software robot dedicated to the real estate industry in Romania. The company is using the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology developed by UiPath.
Colliers says the robot will take over a large part of the routine operations in the property management field so that consultants will have closer contact with clients. The company aims to issue at least 70% of the service and rent invoices in the next 6 months via the digital robot.
“We are only at the beginning of a long process of digitization and efficiency, based on artificial intelligence,” says Gabriel Blanita, Associate Director of Colliers Valuation and Advisory.
Colliers’ Property Management Division managed a portfolio of over 500,000 sqm of office and industrial spaces across Romania in the past decade. During the same period, the team provided consulting services related to property management activities for another 700,000 sqm.
