Flexible workspaces provider IWG has opened a new Regus office in a four-building Macropolis complex in central Miskolc. 

Hybrid workspace platform IWG has announced the opening of two new Regus centres in Budapest due to growing demand for flexible office solutions in the local market.

IWG’s Regus Fészek office building has opened in Pécs and has attracted Fressnapf International Business Services (FIBS) as its first tenant.

Regus Centerpoint will be a workspace with co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms and creative spaces. This opening follows a partnership agreement with GTC Hungary, who has invested in the IWG platform to create a branded flexible workspace in their building.

IWG, the owner of the Regus brand, has secured 1338 sqm of commercial space in the newest large residential complex in Hungary’s rapidly developing regional city, Szeged. Regus Cédrus Liget Offices will offer serviced spaces for smaller and startup companies.

The new 1,320 sqm facility in Biatorbágy offers space for co-working and private offices. Meeting rooms and creative spaces are also available.
