IWG, the owner of the Regus brand, has secured 1338 sqm of commercial space in the newest large residential complex in Hungary’s rapidly developing regional city, Szeged. Regus Cédrus Liget Offices will offer serviced spaces for smaller and startup companies.
The new facility is very close to all major institutions and commercial centres in the downtown and therefore meets the requirements of the 15-minute city concept. Private offices, meeting rooms and co-working spaces will be available there.
IWG also provides its Design Your Own Office service which will allow each tenant to create a truly unique atmosphere.
