Regesta, a logistics services provider will lease 21,700 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Zgierz. Its central warehouse will support its four existing warehouses across Poland, with another two under construction. The tenant was advised on the transaction by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Panattoni has been awarded a loan of over €32 million from mBank to develop the first building of Panattoni Park Tricity East V. Regesta is to operate its largest logistics centre in Poland from the centre.

Panattoni has launched the construction of its fifth park in Ruda Śląska. The new project will comprise two buildings with a combined area of 66,300 sqm. Santander has awarded a loan of €30 million for the development of the park and already half the space in the complex has been leased by Regesta.

Transport services provider Regesta has moved into Hillwood Wrocław East. The new tenant took more than 17,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Wrocław logistics centre. Regesta was represented during the search for the new location and lease negotiations by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa. Hillwood Wrocław East, comprising seven buildings with a total area of over 210,000 sqm, is now fully leased.
