Mosaic World signed a purchase-construction agreement with Novaform Polska, the Polish subsidiary of Novaform Holding and part of KlokGroep, for the purchase and construction of 98 rental flats and 138 built parking spaces in the Nove Olendry project in the Naramowice district in Poznań, Poland.

Consolidation of the residential business, maintaining a high rental level in all completed Resi4Rent projects, starting new "destination" projects – this is a summary of the operational activities of Echo Investment Group in the first half of 2023. The Group's development plans are supported by a high cash balance of over PLN 662 million. 

Vastint Poland is launching its first project in the Private Rented Sector (PRS). The Pastelowo estate will be built on Pastelowa Street in Poznań, in the immediate vicinity of the Business Garden complex. The development includes 255 apartments, which will be entirely for long-term rental. The project will be ready in early 2025, at which time the first contracts with future tenants are scheduled to be signed.

The current results of the Polish investment market may not appear very optimistic at the moment, but this is only a temporary situation. The Polish real estate market has a solid foundation, and investors have proven to be highly adaptable, as evidenced by the results achieved in previous challenging years, reveals Avison Young's investment market summary for H1 2023, prepared by Research and Data Manager Paulina Brzeszkiewicz-Kuczyńska.

Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia talked to Property Forum about the recent acquisition of the Polish portfolio of the French development group Nexity, the current situation in the residential market and plans for investments in the PRS segment.

After Cavatina Group S.A. separated the residential development business from the entity responsible for the construction and management of a portfolio of PRS projects, with Resi Capital S.A. and Cavare S.A. taking over respective roles, the latter company is preparing to launch its first investments. The company announces its presence primarily in the markets of Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków, and Poznań, a secured pipeline of circa 1.6k units.

Resi4Rent has announced on LinkedIn that it has secured financing worth PLN 613 million to expand its portfolio of PRS flats. The funds raised will be used to build 2,700 new units in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. 

Although not long ago the PRS market seemed to be the obvious choice, thanks to the sudden improvement in economic conditions and the optimism of buyers, the construction of apartments for sale in Poland is today a more profitable solution - this is the main conclusion of a panel discussion at Living Investment Forum 2023, an event organized by Property Forum in Warsaw in May.

Cavatina Group S.A. has established a company that will be responsible for the construction and management of a portfolio of PRS projects located in the largest cities of Poland. Alongside Cavare S.A., the group includes Cavatina Holding S.A., a publicly traded company and one of the largest office developers in Poland, Resi Capital S.A., focusing on the residential sector, and CTank S.A., the entity responsible for land acquisition and comprehensive project preparation for the Group and external investors.
