Heimstaden Poland has obtained a loan of €47.2 million from Santander Bank Polska. The funds will be used to refinance the company's first two projects: Bokserska and Grzybowska, which are completed and fully leased. A total of 566 high-quality apartments for rent were built as part of both investments, the company announced on LinkedIn.

According to Pawel Romanczuk, Head of Operations at Heimstaden Poland, the transaction confirms the strong foundations of the long-term development strategy of Heimstaden in Poland. "Despite the challenges in the market environment, we are pursuing our goals of continuous business development, strengthening the local team and building a risk-resistant real estate portfolio in response to current and future challenges in the ESG area."

Advisors from Dentons and CMS were involved in the transaction.
