Proxenta completes base build of resi project in Bratislava
The residence Stockerka developed by Proxenta has been constructed on the eastern edge of Devínská Nová Ves in Bratislava. Construction is currently proceeding according to plan and the base build has been finished, reports Yimba.sk.

Proxenta launches construction of project in Bratislava
The construction of the Stockerka project from the Proxenta investment group has been officially started, YIMBA.sk reports. After projects in the centre of Bratislava, the developer decided to build a residential complex in the Devínska Nová Ves district.

Proxenta completes resi project in Bratislava's centre
Proxenta's latest residential project, Kesselbauer, is being finalised these weeks. The luxury residence right in the centre of Bratislava has already completed all the construction works and only the landscaping in the courtyard remains. The project is now in the approval phase and the approval process is expected to be completed in a few weeks, real estate portal YIM.BA reports.

New leases
- Greek jewelry designer Anna Maria Mazaraki has opened her first Romanian store in Bucharest-based ParkLake Shopping Center. The transaction for the new location was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
- Squarepoint, a global quantitative investment management firm, has leased close to 2,200 sqm in Warsaw based Skyliner II. Squarepoint was represented in the transaction by CBRE. Legal advisory for Karimpol was provided by Argon Legal.
- Olimpia Gallery in Bełchatów, managed by EPP, has signed new and extended lease agreements covering nearly 2,500 sqm. Bel-Pol will open a new store of approximately 1,200 sqm, while Rossmann and CCC will expand their stores to over 600 sqm each starting next year.
New appointments
- CBRE Investment Management announced the firm is evolving the leadership model in its EMEA Direct Real Estate business. Under the enhanced structure, Rik Eertink will assume the role of President and CIO of EMEA Direct Real Estate, after serving as President of EMEA Direct Real Estate for the past five years.
- Nhood has appointed Mihaela Petruescu as the new Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland as of October. She previously held leadership positions at large real estate firms, such as Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and CBRE Romania.
- Daniel Orczyk has been named Senior Project Manager at the technical advisory department of Avison Young in Poland. He is a licensed structural engineer and building site manager with over 20 years of experience.
