The construction of the Stockerka project from the Proxenta investment group has been officially started, YIMBA.sk reports. After projects in the centre of Bratislava, the developer decided to build a residential complex in the Devínska Nová Ves district.

The project is located on the southeastern edge of the city district. Following the example of its other projects, Proxenta chose a name connected with the history of the site. Stockerka is close to the natural environment of Devínská Kobyla, cycle paths leading to Austria, as well as the shopping centre and hospital in Bory.

In November 2023 the project received the building permit for an apartment building (A), three residential buildings (B, C, D) and an object of civic amenities (E). The apartment building will have 82 units and is the first to be constructed. The total number of residential units is 189, together with the apartments it counts 271. The cheapest unit available with an area of 48.61 sqm is for €166,100. On the contrary, the most expensive is a four-room apartment on the top floor. The price tag for 117.39 sqm reaches €632,700.

The construction of the project was officially started on the last day of January 2024. The completion is foreseen in 2.5 years.
