The residence Stockerka developed by Proxenta has been constructed on the eastern edge of Devínská Nová Ves in Bratislava. Construction is currently proceeding according to plan and the base build has been finished, reports Yimba.sk.
Stockerka will bring 271 apartments in four residential buildings. The apartment units will be finished to a standard that, in addition to floors and sanitation, also includes pre-preparation for air conditioning and also pre-preparation for exterior shading. Almost half of the apartments are reserved or sold.
Apartments in the residential building D are marked as Premium, the reason is probably the fact that this building is the closest to the forest. A two-room apartment in building B with a total area including the exterior of 84.70 sqm is available for €209,920, a premium 2.5-room apartment with of 92.64 sqm will cost €275,110.
The project also includes a park and a community clubhouse that will serve all residents of the project, and the area should also have a kindergarten.
