Proxenta's latest residential project, Kesselbauer, is being finalised these weeks. The luxury residence right in the centre of Bratislava has already completed all the construction works and only the landscaping in the courtyard remains. The project is now in the approval phase and the approval process is expected to be completed in a few weeks, real estate portal YIM.BA reports.

Proxenta's luxury residential project Kesselbauer is the only residential project in Bratislava's Old Town that is now in the final phase just before completion and approval. The project on Náměstí 1.mája comprises two buildings, one of which is eight storeys high and the other, which was built on the site of the former Kesselbauer bakery, is six storeys high. It is a modern new development with a historicizing façade on the street side.

The two residential buildings will offer a total of 115 flats and apartments, ranging from the smallest, which starts at €243,000, to the most expensive four-bedroom penthouse at a total price of €1.2 million. The apartments are offered in a bare flat condition, but all of them are equipped with air conditioning, external aluminium blinds and aluminium windows with triple glazing or, for example, a smart opening system and security fire doors. The project also includes the completion of 155 parking spaces, commercial establishments on the ground floor and a publicly accessible courtyard with a modern art installation.

The total market value of the Kesselbauer residential project has been estimated by the developer at €35.2 million.
