Czech development and investment group Passerinvest has completed a public bond issue through Passerinvest Finance, raising the maximum possible amount of CZK 2.5 billion (€100 million). The issue was initially planned for CZK 1.5 billion (€61 million) but was increased due to strong investor demand.

Passerinvest has been optimising the management and operation of its buildings, this time focusing on waste management. Since October last year, the company has introduced changes in the organisation of waste collection. This step aims to increase the efficiency of waste management, minimise the traffic burden and ensure accurate data for recording the total amount of waste. 

This year in March Passerinvest Group has opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, which, in addition to administrative areas, is offering 1,600 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor, and another 700 sqm dedicated to a canteen with a cafe. The commercial units located on the ground floor of the seven-floor building are now fully leased. 

Passerinvest Group has started the construction of a new office and mixed-use building in Prague's Brumlovka. Offices, shops and rental apartments are all listed in the design concept of the Hila project.

Passerinvest Group has opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, approved in March, to its tenants. It is located in Prague 11, next to the metro station Roztyly.
