Passerinvest Group has opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, approved in March, to its tenants. It is located in Prague 11, next to the metro station Roztyly.

The building offers 21,700 sqm of office space and another 1,600 sqm of retail on the ground floor. Tenants will have 330 parking spaces available and another hundred spaces for park and ride system. The interior solution is based on a 3 m high office space, the fresh air supply reaches 50 cubic meters per hour per person.

This is the first planned construction building in the location. The seven-floor building was designed by the architectural studio Aulík Fišer Architekti. The proximity of the Krč Forest influenced the concept design which resulted in a hybrid architectural form combining orthogonal and organic shaping. This principle clearly distinguishes the main entrance part of the building from the operating parts, such as the entrance to garages or supply, as the architect Jan Aulík explained.

As part of the Nové Roztyly quarter, the following stages of construction are planned, which should include further administrative and residential stages, the cultivation of public space and the development of park areas and greenery.

"We first entered this territory back in 2006 and since then we have been trying to get all the permits to turn the brownfield into a place where people will live, work, but also like to spend their free time," said Radim Passer, founder and CEO at Passerinvest Group, a.s.
