CPI Property Group (CPIPG) is developing its myoffice service, providing flexible serviced offices in key Warsaw locations. The offering, which currently spans five Warsaw buildings, will soon expand with new space in Myhive Crown Tower.

CPI Property Group has announced the completion of the modernization process of the myhive Victoria Park building in Bucharest. The building completes the myhive building portfolio in Bucharest, which includes 4 other properties, including myhive S-Park, myhive Metroffice, myhive IRIDE | nineteen and myhive IRIDE | twenty.

Magdalena Kowalewska joined CPI Property Group (CPIPG) Polska, taking the position of Chief Operations Officer.

Thanks to new and extended leases, myhive Atrium Park, located on Váci út, has leased its entire 31,200 sqm office space. New services have been introduced and interiors have been renewed at the office building.

Immofinanz has finalised the complete modernisation of the Myhive Haller Gardens office building in Budapest. The concept aims to allow tenants to use the community spaces for hosting guests, business meetings, and recreation in addition to their actual function. The reception areas and the gardens around the building are now available to tenants in a new concept and renewed form.

Austrian property investor Immofinanz has opened its first coworking space in Bucharest, under the mycowork brand, the flexible office component of myhive.
