Thanks to new and extended leases, myhive Atrium Park, located on Váci út, has leased its entire 31,200 sqm office space. New services have been introduced and interiors have been renewed at the office building.
Myhive Atrium Park, located on the Váci office corridor, has leased its entire 31,200 sqm office space. A special conference event and meeting space have been developed, the infrastructure for cyclists has been renewed and the renovation of the restaurant will start later this year.
In recent months, two new flexible office concepts have been introduced in the building. So-called myoffice offers dedicated office space with unique amenities that can be moved in immediately, tailored to the client's needs, in a flexible construction. With mycowork, tenants can rent a single desk for a period starting from one month and benefit from the full service of the building. The shared office is fully equipped with services such as internet access, printing, cleaning, postal and parcel services, and a selection of drinks.
