CPI Property Group (CPIPG) is developing its myoffice service, providing flexible serviced offices in key Warsaw locations. The offering, which currently spans five Warsaw buildings, will soon expand with new space in Myhive Crown Tower.

Currently myoffice operates in five buildings from CPIPG's portfolio, offering different modules for companies with varying needs: Myhive Warsaw Spire 4th floor (69 workstations), Myhive Crown Point 1st floor (82 workstations), Myhive Crown Tower 2nd floor (62 workstations), Myhive IO-1 10th floor (37 workstations), and Warsaw Financial Center 10th floor (82 workstations).

Growing interest in the myoffice service is driving further development of the concept. In early December 2025, additional serviced spaces opened in Myhive Crown Tower with a total of 97 workstations.

Each location offers a ready-to-use, comprehensively serviced office available immediately without the need to invest in fit-out, equipment purchases or technical infrastructure. Serviced offices in CPIPG buildings provide full operational support including cleaning, technical maintenance, fast internet, access to office equipment, a kitchen with coffee and tea, and conference rooms. "Myoffice is an ideal solution for companies that want to start work immediately without investing in their own equipment, IT infrastructure, design or office servicing. All these elements are already provided and included in the service package," said Agnieszka Ostrowska, Associate Director Leasing Office, CPIPG.

Myoffice also offers a simplified, transparent financial model with one predictable monthly payment covering all services, utilities and operating costs. The absence of additional expenses and the need to manage suppliers means greater budget control and financial planning comfort. "This solution provides an attractive alternative for tenants who need ready, equipped space with all services immediately, with one invoice for everything," added Ostrowska.
