The Pilsen Region is one of the most industrially oriented in the Czech Republic, representing the second-largest industrial real estate market in the country. P3 has revealed the key parameters for industrial halls to become attractive for potential tenants.

BYD Electric Bus & Truck Hungary has signed a lease agreement with CTP Hungary and took possession of a 5,000 sqm industrial hall at CTPark Komárom in the first half of the year. The modern facility supports the company's green vehicle operations.

The Gdynia City Logistics distribution centre, developed jointly by Torus and BTV, has been awarded BREEAM International New Construction V6 certification at the Excellent level, confirming its environmental and quality standards. The certification process was carried out by Sweco Polska, with Pekabex BET S.A. as the general contractor.

Europe's logistics real estate market is moving through a stabilisation phase. An average rental growth of 70 cents per sqm is projected for the period from Q2 2025 to Q2 2030, implying an annual growth rate of 1.9 percent. Harden Construction has begun construction of Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II, a new industrial complex in Jankowo Gdańskie near Gdańsk. The design-and-build project will deliver nearly 40,000 sqm of production, warehouse and office space, with completion scheduled for early 2026.

Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) signed 48 lease agreements in Poland in the first half of 2025, covering more than 211,000 sqm. Lease extensions accounted for 68.5% of the space, tenant expansions for 28.8% and new leases for 2.7%. Following these transactions, the company’s Polish portfolio reached an occupancy rate of 96%.

MLP Group reported double-digit growth in key financial metrics in the first half of 2025, confirming the company’s consistent performance in the European logistics market. Consolidated revenue rose 10% year-on-year to PLN 207.1 million (€49.1 million), while EBITDA excluding revaluation effects increased 7% to PLN 106.2 million (€25.2 million). Net profit reached PLN 79.2 million, compared with PLN 281.6 million in H1 2024.

Stokado, Poland’s second-largest self-storage operator, has opened its first facility in Kraków. The development, located on Sosnowiecka Street near the Bronowice shopping centre, offers more than 5,000 sqm of net lettable area and is the first self-storage building in Poland to receive full BREEAM certification from the design and construction phase.
