Courier company FAN Curier announced it will complete this year an investment of  €7 million in the logistic HUB in Cluj-Napoca after it received the final building permit this month.

GLP announced the development of a new 37,000 sqm logistics centre in Upper Silesia, Poland. The 37,000 sqm unit marks the first phase of development and is part of a scheme to develop over 110,000 sqm of warehouse space in Ledziny, each with direct access to the S1 expressway.

Accolade and Panattoni are continuing the extensive revitalization of a former settling reservoir in a sugar factory near Kojetín in the Olomouc region. CTP invests over €35 million in the construction of the new warehouse for Quehenberger Logistics in CTPark Bucharest West, the company announced.

CTP has announced a 15% annual growth which helped the company reach €344 million of annualised rental income by the end of 2020. GLP has commenced development of a 51,000 sqm warehouse at GLP Park Prague Chrastany, 40,000 sqm of which has been leased to e-commerce business, Alza.

Construction of the two facilities, totaling 58,000 sqm, in the 7R Park Szczecin complex has commenced. It's 7R’s third major project in this region. A modern A-class building for Hultafors Group, which will be the first automated warehouse to use the AutoStore system in Poland, will be completed this month. . Meanwhile, in the center of the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics warehouse is already operating.
