Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC has acquired a logistics warehouse in Kraków from global real estate developers Panattoni Development Co and Marvipol SA.

Warsaw, Krakow and Wrocław offer access to large pools of high-skilled professionals, modern office space and suitable infrastructure. They compete for shared services centres not only with other Polish cities but also with large urban areas worldwide, according to Cresa’s report on the Polish outsourcing market.

Galeria Bronowice, managed by Ceetrus Poland, received the BREEAM-In-Use Certificate with the highest “Excellent” rating. The document confirms that the facility in Kraków is an environmentally-friendly building operating in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Galeria Bronowice received this distinction in two categories, for building management and for the building itself.

After nearly a decade, the Avatar office building will be offering office space for lease again. A total of 2,400 sqm of space spread over two storeys will become available for new tenants in Q2 2020. A milestone has been reached on the way to the completion of Building H, the 8th element of Bonarka for Business (B4B) office complexes in Krakow. Krakow retains the crown as Poland’s largest regional office market as it saw its office stock rise by 17% in the past year to 1.16 million sqm, says real estate advisory firm Cresa in its latest report.

Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, has opened an office in Krakow. Cresa already has five offices across Poland: in Warsaw, Wrocław, Tricity, Łódź and Krakow. Its Krakow office is located in High5ive.
