The two office towers of Global Office Park developed by Cavatina in Katowice have been awarded an occupancy permit.

After delivering 400,000 sqm of warehouse space in 2021, 7R continues to pursue its expansion strategy with 800,000 sqm currently under construction throughout Poland. It will soon feature more office space as well as a new restaurant section. The Konior Studio led by Silesian architect Tomasz Konior is responsible for the redevelopment project. The work should be completed in Q4 2022.

Cavatina Holding has completed work on the top floors of the Global Office Park office towers in Katowice. The office buildings will be 104 m high each and will provide over 55 thousand sq m of space. Their commissioning is planned for the second quarter of 2022, and they are already leased in about 54%.

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as a leasing agent for ECO City Katowice, an energy-efficient complex of office buildings under construction in Konduktorska Street in Katowice. This project combining offices and green areas with a total of 34,400 sq m of leasable space.
