JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Heweliusza 18 – an office scheme developed in the centre of Gdańsk by Apollo-Rida.

JLL has appointed David Vais as head of its Industrial Agency in the Czech Republic. Vais joins JLL from CTP Invest, where he worked for over 4 years as Senior Business Development Manager for the Czech and Slovak Republics.

According to new data from JLL, by the end of H1 2018, total office stock in Wrocław exceeded one million sqm. In the first half of the year, tenants signed deals for more than 58,000 sqm while the market gained another 100,000 sqm of space.

1.16 million sqm of modern office stock, demand hitting 77,200 sqm and 300,000 sqm of space under construction – this is the current situation on the office market in Kraków at the end of H1 2018. The market has grown nearly fourfold in the last decade, according to JLL.

The CEE investment market continues to perform well in 2018 but investors are becoming increasingly cautious, driven by rising interest rates and the changing attractiveness of certain asset classes. PNK Group, an international industrial real estate developer from Russia, entered the European market with the opening of its new industrial park - PNK Park Sereď in the Western Slovak region. The park comprises a 45,000 square meters of Class A industrial space across two completed facilities.

Business services centres occupy more than 2.5 million sqm on the Polish office market according to new estimates by JLL. Traditionally, the business services sector has the highest percentage of occupied office space in Kraków (61%).
