Slovenian company Iskra has become the new owner of a pharmaceutical industrial/logistics asset in Montenegro, located in Donja Gorica, on the outskirts of Podgorica. In addition to this acquisition, Iskra also bought several pharmacies in Montenegro, ekapija reports.

CTP has announced the acquisition of an industrial park in Žilina, consisting of existing buildings and land for further development in a strategic location near Žilina airport. The new park will provide a leasable space of 145,000 sqm after completion. CTP plans to invest €200 million over the next two years to more than double its current Slovak portfolio of 460,000 sqm in 12 locations to 1 million sqm of lettable space.

In Romania, CTP aims to complete the construction of its new buildings with a total area of 300,000 sqm by the end of 2021 and the investments dedicated to these projects will reach €200 million.

MAN Truck & Bus Center, located in Małopole near Warsaw, has been sold by 7R to Interpierre Europe Centrale fund, managed by PAREF Gestion, part of PAREF Group, a global investment and asset management company. The seller was represented by Avison Young's investment team throughout the transaction.

This year, P3 will focus on offering clients facilities constructed on a built-to-suit basis. On a site adjacent to highway D6 near Prague, the industrial developer is ready to start building 17,000 sqm of warehouse space immediately. Additional thousands of square metres are on offer midway between Prague and Dresden at P3 Lovosice, and the first columns will soon be erected in P3's new parks in Ostrava and in Myslinka near Pilsen. All of P3's new buildings will carry a BREEAM Very Good or higher certificate.

The Kellogg Company, a producer of ready-to-eat cereals and snacks, has renegotiated its existing lease agreement and expanded its warehouse footprint in Kutno to 28,000 sqm. The tenant was represented by Cresa. The developer of the facility is Panattoni, which specializes in BTS projects.

Optim Project Management has been appointed to project manage the construction of a new Continental electronics assembly and manufacturing facility in Novi Sad.

CTP today announced that the offering of its shares has been successfully priced at €14 per share. Listing of and first trading in the shares on an “as-if-and-when-issued” basis on Euronext Amsterdam commenced today, Thursday 25 March 2021 at 9:00 CET.

More than one half (53%) of this stock is in Poland, while the Czech Republic with more than 9 million sqm accounts for about 23% of the Central European market. GLP announced today that its new Warsaw II Logistics Centre has received its occupancy permit and leased a 6,000 sqm unit to Omida Group, one of the most recognisable TSL brands in Poland.
