Panattoni Europe is to build a logistics centre for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. The 79,000 sqm facility will be erected in Łódź, within the framework of BTS BSH, and will have its own railway siding. Construction works are planned to begin in the coming May, and the investment is anticipated to be completed in the spring next year.
Panattoni Europe is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place on 23 March, and completion of the investment is scheduled for August 2017.
Panattoni Europe announced the completion of an investment for Sanden Manufacturing Poland. The facility features close to 6,5000 sqm of warehouse space and was built in Polkowice, next to the existing manufacturing plant. The lease was signed for 12 years.
CTP broke ground on its first Polish development in the city of Opole. Initially a 13,000 sqm facility will be built for a long-term client, International Automotive Components. With additional land available, the park has a planned built-up area of nearly 71,000 sqm.
Prologis announced full-year 2016 activity for its business in Central and Eastern Europe. The company leased 1.8 million sqms in the region. Poland’s total industrial and logistics stock surpassed the 11 million sqm mark at year-end 2016.
