Altex, one the largest retailers of electronics, home appliances, IT&C and multimedia products in Romania, has doubled its lease in the P3 Bucharest industrial park by signing a new contract for 15,000 sqm of warehouse space. 


P3 acquired the park from CA Immo in 2015, the largest logistics deal concluded in the Romanian industrial market that year. At the time the park had 215,000 sqm of lettable space in eight warehouses. P3 has continued to build new units and the park currently offers 305,000 sqm of leasable space in 11 buildings. Last year P3 also acquired a land adjacent to P3 Bucharest, providing the company with the opportunity to build up to 90,000 sqm more space in units ranging from 4,000 sqm to 40,000 sqm.
 
P3 Bucharest is located approximately 13 km west of Bucharest’s city centre, adjacent to the A1 motorway. It is close to the city’s ring road, which provides access to its six districts, Henri Coanda International Airport (22 km away) and the A2 motorway.
