Impact Developer & Contactor has named Constantin (Tinu) Sebeșanu as CEO of the company, with a 4-year mandate. He is replacing Sorin Apostol, who was appointed Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors at the General Shareholders Meeting.

Revenues of Impact Developer & Contractor totalled €42.3 million in 2020, up 28% year-on-year, driven by higher residential sales for its Bucharest-based projects. 

Bucharest-listed Impact Developer & Contractor closed the year 2020 with revenues from the sale of real estate properties worth €42.7 million, up 29,4% compared to 2019, representing the best result of the developer in the last decade. In a pandemic year, the company sold a total of 369 units (31,191 sqm built area), out of which 205 were contracted in Greenfield Residence Băneasa and 164 in Luxuria Residence compound.  

Impact Developer & Contractor signed two mortgage loan agreements for properties, respectively for VAT financing, concluded with First Bank S.A, the company announced on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Impact Developer & Contractor appointed Constantin Sebeșanu as Director of Development. Tinu Sebeșanu has over 25 years of experience in project development and asset management and will contribute to the company's expansion nationwide

Impact Developer & Contractor has started the construction works of the fourth phase of the Greenfield Băneasa residential compound. This will include Impact's first commercial project, Greenfield Plaza, with 7,258 sqm of space for trade and services and 1,184 sqm of office space. The entire project has a value of €12 million and it will be built with RCTI Company s.r.l. with which Impact signed a contract worth €7.5 million. At the same time, Impact is also investing €500,000 in the green areas of its Luxuria Residence compound located in Bucharest’s Expoziției area.

Impact Developer & Contractor has started the works on the first 3 blocks of the Boreal Plus residential compound in the north of Constanța. The enterprise contract worth €9.5 million was concluded with the construction company Premium Invest Concept.

Romanian real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, enters the real estate market in Iași through the acquisition of a 19,068 sqm land plot. The transaction marks a major step in the developer’s strategy for implementing residential projects in large cities throughout the country.

Impact Developer & Contractor, a real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has convened the shareholders to approve a bond issue of maximum €100 million on 28 April.
