Bucharest's hotel market recorded the strongest performance in CEE in 2025, with revenue per available room (RevPAR) increasing by 12% year-on-year, according to analysis by Cushman & Wakefield.

Prize by Radisson has opened its first hotel in Poland, marking the lifestyle midscale brand's entry into the Polish market. The 125-room hotel is located in central Gdańsk, 300 metres from the Motława River.

Aparthotel operator Staycity Group and investment firm Solida Capital announced a partnership for the development of a new Staycity Aparthotel in Warsaw, marking Staycity's entry into the Polish market.

Forestay Group and its financial partner Recorde Asset Management have signed an agreement with Marriott International to open a dual-branded hotel development in Budapest, featuring a Moxy Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott under one roof.

The Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments hotel opened in Kraków’s Unity Centre. The property features 229 rooms, along with 46 extended-stay apartments located in a separate building.

Swiss provider of premium accommodation Visionapartments will open in central Bucharest a 106-room building with a spa following an investment of €23 million.
