Danubius Hotels Zrt. is expanding its hotel portfolio through a new international franchise partnership. As a result of the agreement between Danubius and the Radisson Hotel Group, the Radisson Individuals brand will make its debut in Hungary. With this addition, Danubius now operates five international hotel brands.

Griffin Capital Partners and Primestar Group have launched Prime Griffin Hotels, a 50/50 joint venture established to build a hotel platform in Poland. Operating within a single platform, the venture aims to capitalise on the growth of the Polish hospitality sector through an integrated model.

Hotel Galaxy Timișoara, a member of Radisson Individuals, has opened as a 48-room lifestyle hotel at 18-20 Gheorghe Lazar Street in the old city of Timișoara, Romania. Aparthotel operator Staycity Group and investment firm Solida Capital announced a partnership for the development of a new Staycity Aparthotel in Warsaw, marking Staycity's entry into the Polish market.

Forestay Group and its financial partner Recorde Asset Management have signed an agreement with Marriott International to open a dual-branded hotel development in Budapest, featuring a Moxy Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott under one roof.
