Prize by Radisson has opened its first hotel in Poland, marking the lifestyle midscale brand's entry into the Polish market. The 125-room hotel is located in central Gdańsk, 300 metres from the Motława River.
The opening represents Radisson Hotel Group's expansion into Poland, with Gdańsk chosen for its mix of history, design, gastronomy, and growing international appeal. The hotel is positioned in one of the Baltic's most walkable and culturally rich cities.
Rooms are designed for comfort and functionality, while the ground floor features the brand's signature social hub where lobby, restaurant, and bar flow together.
"Gdańsk is a city that people fall in love with the moment they start walking through it, and that's exactly the kind of experience we want to support," says Joanna Jankowska, General Manager at Prize by Radisson, Gdańsk. "Our role is to give guests a great place to start their day, a comfortable room to come back to, and a space on the ground floor where they feel welcome."
Prize by Radisson currently operates over 20 properties across Europe. The Gdańsk opening follows the launch of Prize by Radisson, Osnabrück City in late 2025 and precedes further openings including Wrocław and Berlin. "Poland is a market we've been looking at closely, and Gdańsk is exactly the right city to introduce Prize by Radisson here," adds Joep Peeters, COO Franchise EMEA.
