Radisson announces COVID-19 testing program for guests and events
Radisson Hotel Group is launching a rapid testing service for meeting and event attendees at properties across its EMEA portfolio. The testing program builds on the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol launched in 2020. In addition, upon full implementation of the program every hotel will be able to provide guests with the option to visit an easily accessible and affordable PCR testing location, either at the hotel site or in its vicinity.

TPG Real Estate acquires A&O Hotels and Hostels
TPG Real Estate, the real estate platform of global private investment firm TPG, announced that it has completed the purchase of A&O Hotels and Hostels, the largest fully integrated, privately-owned, hostel platform in Europe. The transaction will help A&O expand and enhance its operations.

Polish hospitality market continues to grow
There is a positive outlook of stable growth for the Polish hospitality market as the country’s hotels continue to attract both domestic and foreign tourists. Warsaw remains one of the most popular destinations, especially for business travel, with 139 hotels offering over 15,000 rooms. Cushman & Wakefield has published its latest report.

New leases
- Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
- iLogic, an official distributor of Delphi Tools, has leased 3,400 sqm of modern space at MLP Wrocław. This transaction completes the commercialisation of the 66,000 sqm warehouse complex. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported the tenant during the negotiation and lease agreement process.
- The Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection has leased 4,600 sqm of office space in the refurbished HOP building, part of the Syrena Real Estate portfolio, in Warsaw. The company has been operating from its new address since January 2026.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
