Generali Fond Realit has acquired the Garbe Progresus Park Klášterec I logistics facility in the Czech Republic from Garbe and Progresus.The investment fund, managed by Generali Investments CEE and advised by Generali Real Estate, completed the purchase of the 18,500 sqm property located in the Ústí nad Labem region between Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří.

Garbe has started construction of a new 55,000 sqm hall at Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, with global consumer goods company Reckitt becoming the anchor tenant. The British multinational has leased 35,000 sqm of industrial space under a ten-year agreement and will move in during the Q2 2026.

Garbe has received a building permit for the second phase of its Garbe Park Brno South project. It is adding two modern buildings, bringing the park’s total area to 111,000 sqm.

Accolade is expanding into South Bohemia with the acquisition of GARBE Park České Budějovice from GARBE Industrial Real Estate.

GARBE has appointed Zuzana Černá, an experienced professional in financial and operational real estate management, as the Financial Controller for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE has received a building permit for two industrial premises in Pohořelice, 30 km south of Brno. The construction of the two halls is starting almost immediately and to be available for the tenants within eight months.

With this purpose in mind, two experts experienced in the warehouse real estate sector have been appointed as Managing Directors and local subsidiary’s members of the management board. Adrian Biesaga and Michał Stachura joined the Warsaw-based Garbe branch at the beginning of September this year.

Fio investiční společnost (Fio investment company) has announced the second acquisition to its Fio realitní fond (Fio real estate fund). The fund has bought the industrial park GARBE Park Chomutov from its developer Garbe.
