Accolade Group is entering its second joint project with Garbe Industrial Real Estate in the Czech Republic by investing in the development of Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, which will offer 55,000 sqm of modern industrial space upon completion. The investment exceeds €60 million, supporting the economy of the Ústí Region and the country.

Both the construction and subsequent operation of the park rely primarily on Czech construction, technology, and service companies, ensuring that most of the invested funds will remain in the domestic economy. "This investment brings capital into the Ústí Region, not only through the construction itself but also through related services, local employment, and the long-term development of the region," says Milan Kratina, CEO at Accolade.

Construction began at the end of 2025, and the first column of the new hall has now been installed. The main tenant will be Reckitt, a global manufacturer of consumer products in health, hygiene, and home care. Reckitt has leased the majority of the 35,000 sqm hall, with negotiations for additional tenants currently underway.

"We are pleased that our projects attract investors like Accolade from the very beginning. This follows on from the first phase in Klášterec nad Ohří, where we built, fully leased, and recently sold industrial premises," adds Martin Polák, Managing Director at Garbe for CEE.

The new hall meets high technical standards, including a clear height of 12 metres, loading docks, and direct drive-in access. The location offers strategic positioning with direct access to the D7 motorway and fast links to the D8, D6 and D5 motorways. The park provides Class A industrial space, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, a green facade, and rainwater reuse. From construction start, the project complies with ESG requirements, EU taxonomy, and BREEAM certification standards.
