B+N Group, a facility management service provider in CEE, has rebranded as Liwo Group to support its international expansion across Europe. The company operates in nine European countries with nearly 30,000 employees.

Facility management company Atalian Romania has announced a 26.5% increase in turnover compared to 2023, reaching €29.5 million, while its net profit amounted to €1 million.

B+N Group has recently announced a significant acquisition, enabling the Hungarian-owned company group to enter the market of Europe’s largest economy. Following the integration of the KÖBERL Group in Germany, the company specializing in facility management and cleaning will operate in nine countries, serving both private-sector actors and major public-sector clients. The company’s international expansion has particularly accelerated in recent years, partly due to increased disinfection standards during the COVID-19 pandemic. B+N Referencia Zrt., present in eight CEE-based markets, has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Koberl Group, the leading facility management and building services provider in Germany. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2025. 

Hungarian-owned B+N Referencia Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Italy-based Sagad. With this move the company has gained new industry knowledge, significant Western European experience and a new customer base.

Hungary's B+N Referencia Zrt. has acquired Bulgarian facility management company i-Facility EOOD. With this new subsidiary, the company is now present in 7 countries in Central Europe.
