E-commerce companies are now among the top 5 occupiers of logistics spaces in Romania, utilising approximately 1 million sqm of industrial and logistics facilities, finds a report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.

eMAG announces that in the summer of this year, an area of ​​100,000 sqm will be put into use from the industrial park from Joiţa, at km 19 of the A1 highway, which will have a total area of ​​130,000 sqm. All automation will be ready by September 2022, when the entire logistics center will be operational. The investment amounts to €90 million and was announced last year.
