Panattoni Europe has completed the construction of another e-commerce logistics centre for Amazon. The facility with total useful floor area of 161,500 sqm was erected in Kołbaskowo, near Szczecin. More than 3,000 robots have been put in place to support the employees, using Amazon Robotics technology. The investment was developed to comply with the requirements of BREEAM environmental certification.

The Openville Timişoara development, the largest mixed-use project in the west of Romania will be opened in the fourth quarter of next year, upon completion of the first phase of development. The project that integrates the current Iulius Mall Timişoara will comprise office, retail, park and entertainment uses, and is developed by the IULIUS and Atterbury Europe companies.

Turkish real estate developer Anchor Grup will invest €9.5 million in the Pallady Towers residential project.

Panattoni Europe has completed stage one in the construction of a distribution centre for Castorama Polska. The developer has delivered 50,000 sqm out of 100,000 planned. One of the largest investments in Poland is going up in Stryków and it will provide logistics support which will enable the leading DIY/home improvement chain in Poland to go further towards fulfilling its fundamental commitment to customers – to provide them with the best possible product availability at attractive prices. The official opening of this section of the facility took place on 16 November 2017.

A new Class A office building in Budapest’s CBD is to be delivered this year. The former electrical transformer building will comprise 2,630 sqm of modern office space on five floors. According to the developer, Markó Irodák 9 (MI9) is tailored to meet the requirements of creative workshops, start-up companies and other undertakings taking an up-to-date approach in general.

River Development, part of Romanian SEMA Group, has announced the start of the construction works for The Light office building located in Politehnica area, on the grounds of the former Pumac factory in Bucharest. The building will have a gross leasable area of 21,000 square meters and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2018 following an investment of around € 33.5 million.

HB Reavis is simultaneously developing three buildings on the largest construction site in Warsaw city centre. The works on the diaphragm walls that will envelop the future basement storeys are nearing completion and a viewing platform has been opened for pedestrians to come and admire the spectacular excavation in progress.

Construction works on the modern office complex Podium Park in Kraków’s Czyżyny are under way. In connection with completion of the pre-lock-up stage in Building A, Podium Investment started to perform finishing works. Currently, according to the schedule, lock-up stage works in Building A are under way. Completion of the first building is planned for the end of June 2018.

P3 has signed a deal with FM Logistic to be the first occupier at its new park in Lovosice, close to the borders with Germany and Poland in the north of the Czech Republic. The French logistics company is already a well-established P3 customer, with build-to-suit warehouses at P3 Prague D11 park and on two P3 parks in Poland completed earlier this year. It also occupies space on P3 parks in Romania.

GTC currently has 6 projects under construction with over 145,000 sqm GLA. The company also has 6 projects in the planning stage with over 143, 000 sqm of office space and 61,000 sqm of retail space, in addition to 2 extensions of existing projects for 5,100 sqm. GTC presented its Q3 2017 financial results.
