CTP has begun the construction of a new distribution centre at CTPark Blatnice in the Czech Republic for Redcare Pharmacy to serve the Austrian market.

Linkcity has started the implementation of its first apartment building made of timber in the Czech Republic. The residence has become part of the last stage of the Nová Tesla urban district currently under construction, which is being built on a large former urban brownfield in Pardubice. 

Excellent transportation connectivity via the D1 highway has attracted a significant investment to Přerov, Czech Republic. PSN has obtained the approval for building use of the Skyline project in Prague's Chodov with small residential units. The project has been developed as the reconstruction of a part of the Top Hotel.
