This year the Polish investment market has been dominated by two strong foreign players, coming from the UK and the Czech Republic. Investors from the latter country are increasingly and more generously placing capital in the Polish property market. UDI Group is launching its next residential project Zvezdano Brdo (Starry Hill) in the capital of Serbia, Belgrade. Serbia is the largest foreign market for the Czech UDI Group. It is building or preparing four projects here, including the entire new Duga district for CZK 14 billion (€555 million).
