In the first half of 2025, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), owner and manager of 23 shopping centres and retail parks across Poland, signed 78 retail lease agreements – including new contracts and extensions – for a total of 14,900 sqm.

After a costly expansion in Austria, where it has acquired S Immo and Immofinanz, CPI Property Group is shrinking and selling, particularly in Germany and Austria, according to seznamzpravy.cz.

Fulga Dinu, Country Manager of CPI Romania, talked to Property Forum about the investments and new leasing deals across the group’s 590,000 sqm office and retail portfolio in the local market and CPI’s ultra personalized approach in relation to its tenants.

Immofinanz will be rebranded as CPI Europe following a proposal forwarded by the group’s majority shareholder CPI Property Group that was passed in a meeting of shareholders. 

CPI Property Group is preparing for the launch of a rental housing investment fund, reports Hospodarskenoviny.cz. The stabilised rental properties are a conservative investment opportunity with relatively low returns.

Immofinanz Group posted a net profit of €50.9 million in the first nine months of 2024, recovering from a loss of €105.9 million in the same period of last year, over higher rental income and additional sales of assets.

S Immo, belonging to CPI Property Group, has sold the heritage-protected Juliš Hotel on Prague's Wenceslas Square, reports Hospodarske Noviny.

Immofinanz Group is acquiring a further 28,241,094 shares in S Immo from its core shareholder CPI Property Group, thus increasing its stake in S Immo to around 89%.

Immofinanz Group, majority owned by CPI Property Group, recorded a rental income growth of 13% during H1 2024 to €292.5 million compared to the same period of last year and recorded a strong profit, according to a financial report.

The first stage of the Kolbenova Park residential project in Vysočany in Prague has been completed and approved for use, as the design and construction consulting office Obermeyer Helika has announced. The project consisting of six buildings is gradually executed in several phases. The developer is CPI Property Group.
