CPI Property Group has completed the modernisation of the lobby at Eurocentrum-Alfa, part of the Eurocentrum complex in Warsaw.


The renovated entrance area represents the latest stage in the group's strategy to improve the technical and functional standards of the building.

The work included a renovation of the lobby area, replacing floors, ceilings and lighting, which were integrated with an intelligent DALI control system. The space has been enhanced with new furniture and greenery to improve user comfort and create a more pleasant working and meeting environment. The modernisation also improved thermal comfort through modern solutions enabling precise temperature control while remaining compatible with the building's existing technical systems.

"Our aim was to create a functional, modern space that was architecturally consistent with the rest of the Eurocentrum complex, meeting the contemporary expectations of tenants," says Karol Wojnarowski, Senior Project Architect at CPI Property Group Poland.

The lobby modernisation follows previous technical investments. In 2024, the refrigeration units and steam humidifiers were replaced, while the building management system (BMS) was upgraded, optimising the operation algorithms of devices based on data from CO₂, humidity and sunlight sensors. The building is managed according to CPIPG's Quality Management programme, aimed at maintaining high standards in terms of aesthetics, comfort and user-friendliness.

Eurocentrum-Alfa was built in 2002 and has been undergoing systematic modernisation since its acquisition by CPIPG in 2022. The 21-storey glass tower forms part of the four-building Eurocentrum Office Complex, which offers a total of 81,500 sqm. The complex is connected by a passageway featuring restaurants, retail and services. The building is Breeam certified with a 'Very Good' rating.

Its new 700 sqm store will significantly enhance the shopping centre’s offering of household products and everyday essentials. New appointments

  • Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners of Colliers’ Czech business. Brydone brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate. Vlková has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory.
  • BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has expanded its Industrial and Logistics Agency team with the appointments of Joanna Choromańska, formerly of JLL, and Bartosz Wilczyński, previously with CBRE. The new hires bring a combined 34 years of experience in sector sales, lease negotiations, and build-to-suit project delivery to support the division's ongoing growth.
  • Speedwell has expanded its industrial and logistics team with the appointment of Valentin Achim as Leasing and Property Manager for Industrial Developments. Achim brings extensive experience in coordinating commercial and operational activities within the logistics and industrial sectors. In his new role, he will oversee the development and expansion of the company's Spaceplus platform.
