Industrial developer CTP has leased 29,000 sqm of industrial space plus 41,000 sqm of outdoor storage to Windar Renovables at CTPark Legnica in southwest Poland. The Spanish renewable energy company will build its second wind turbine tower manufacturing facility in the country.

Commercial property investment in CEE rebounded strongly in 2025, with a combined volume of €11.3 billion across Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. This represents a 34% year-on-year increase and stands 24% above the five-year average, according to data by Knight Frank.

BTR Group, which provides services for the Build to Rent segment, has begun its first collaboration with investment company Reico investiční společnost Erste Asset Management. Czech investment company ZDR Investments has completed two acquisitions on the Austrian market for its qualified investor fund Zdr Fki. The company acquired the PRO shopping centre in Linz's Urfahr district and Amstetten West retail park in the Mostviertel region for a combined value of €50 million.

Shopper Park Plus' successful capital raise covering approximately 50% of the transaction value has enabled the acquisition of a strategic portfolio of eight Auchan hypermarket anchored assets across Poland, with the remaining amount financed through a loan facility signed with Aareal Bank AG last week, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion within food-anchored retail real estate. The favourable financing terms further enhance the portfolio’s strong cash-flow generating capacity and support SPP’s intention of increasing dividend per share in the future.
