Laurentiu Lazar, Senior Partner, Investment and Valuation Services, will take over as the new Managing Partner of Colliers International Romania, effective as of March. Ilinca Paun, the current Managing Partner, will remain Member of the Board and will focus on her activity at Entrepreneurship Academy, where she will operate as CEO.


Laurentiu Lazar is Senior Partner and Director of the valuation an investment departments at Colliers International Romania. Laurentiu has over 11 years of experience in real estate, in valuation, consultancy and investment. In the past 5 years, the valuation team led by Laurentiu assessed properties with a total value of approximately €35 billion. Moreover, starting 2015, the investment department closed transactions with a total value of over €500 million.

We are also aiming to diversify the services we offer to our clients, in accordance with Colliers values such as enthusiasm, passion and respect”, declared Laurentiu Lazar, Senior Partner, Investment and Valuation Services at Colliers International.
 
In his new role, Laurentiu will coordinate the commercial and administrative activity of the company and will engage in developing the internal culture. He will also work with the department directors to ensure the company's goals are met.
 
The change of management will be effective as of March. Ilinca Paun, who has run the company since 2010, will remain Member of the Board and will be further involved in developing the company's strategy. At the same time, she will focus on education, taking over the position of CEO at Entrepreneurship Academy, where she has been a teacher since 2015.

Ilinca has over 18 years’ experience in real estate. She joined Colliers International in 2000, after previously being involved in the development of the first shopping center in Romania. Since then, Ilinca has had a significant contribution to the growth and sustainability of the company, widely recognized through its innovation spirit and its leading position among real estate consultancy companies. As the Managing Partner of Colliers International Romania, Ilinca has been driving innovation processes throughout all company levels, guiding some of the major company initiatives and landmark transactions in the market.
 
In 2017, Colliers International Romania had a total turnover of over 28 million lei.

  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
