1Development has announced the start of construction for Nordului 50, a boutique residence with panoramic views over Herastrau Lake and Park. The project offers residents a perspective of Bucharest with three kilometers of continuous green space and direct views extending to Piata Victoriei. Built on a 3,200 sqm plot, the project is scheduled for completion in spring 2027.

Romanian construction group Bog’Art has completed the development of its own luxury residential project Art City in northern Bucharest, which is valued at more than €20 million.

Bogdan Doicescu, Director Of Development at Bog’Art spoke with Property Forum about the current state of the construction market and shared the company’s plans for the upcoming years. Consistent with the company's strategy to diversify its portfolio, Bog’Art has recently targeted public works with greater interest, both civil works as well as infrastructure.

Speedwell has designated Bog’Art as the general contractor in charge of Miro, the company’s newest office project located in the Băneasa area of Bucharest. Miro project will offer its tenants 23,000 sqm of Class A office space spread out over 5 levels. The project has been granted the building permit and works have already started.

Bog’Art has been selected to build the new Bucharest headquarters of Renault, according to zf.ro. The new office building, to be named Renault Connected Bucharest, will comprise 47,000 sqm of office space.
