Echo Group closed the first half of 2026 with a 14% rise in residential sales and considerable activity in its commercial segment. The Group completed the sale of part of the Resi4Rent portfolio, comprising 18 projects and 5,322 units, for approximately PLN 2.4 billion, the largest transaction to date in the Polish PRS market. It also sold two buildings in the Brain Park office complex in Kraków for €74.3 million. Capital raised from these transactions is being directed towards debt reduction and new investment, primarily in central Warsaw.

Archicom, a property developer within the Echo Group, has received an occupancy permit for the second phase of its Flow development in the New Centre of Łódź. More than 80 per cent of the flats in the phase have been sold, with only a small number of one- and two-bedroom units remaining available.

Echo Group reported strong performance in 2025, focusing on expanding its living business, selling mature commercial assets and developing new projects in Poland's largest cities.

High market fragmentation, rising land costs, the need to rapidly scale operations, and succession issues in companies mean the Polish residential market will face a wave of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the coming years, according to a report by JLL Living and Crido.

Fuzja mixed-use complex in Łódź (central Poland) has won two MIPIM Awards. The project was recognized in the Best Urban Regeneration Project category. It also received the Special Jury Award.

After nine months of this year, the Echo Investment Group has strengthened its position in key sectors of the Polish real estate market. It has also entered the private student housing segment, starting the construction of two projects. The total value of the Group's assets at the end of September amounted to PLN 6.6 billion (ca. €1.5 billion), while cash reserves exceeded PLN 469 million (ca. €107.5 million). In November, Echo signed a conditional sale agreement for the React office building in Łódź.

The process of accelerated book-building for Archicom shares has been completed, as a result of which Archicom, Echo Investment and DKR Investment, i.e. companies belonging to the Echo Investment Group, set the sales price of existing Archicom shares and the issue price of 10 million new series D and E shares at PLN 22 per piece. Archicom will use the funds obtained in this way primarily to intensify ​​land acquisitions for further investments.

Consolidation of the residential business, maintaining a high rental level in all completed Resi4Rent projects, starting new "destination" projects – this is a summary of the operational activities of Echo Investment Group in the first half of 2023. The Group's development plans are supported by a high cash balance of over PLN 662 million. 

Archicom has absorbed the residential development projects, the team of employees and the land bank of Echo Investment. The General Meetings of Shareholders of both companies have given their approval for the consolidation of their residential business. Following the completion of the transaction, Archicom is positioned as one of the largest residential developers in Poland, while Echo Investment is focused on commercial real estate, apartments for rent and mixed-use "destinations" projects. The company's share in Archicom's capital will total 89.30%.

Preliminary agreement regarding the consolidation of Echo Investment's and Archicom’s residential business, high level of cash amounting to PLN 778 million, PLN 11.5 million in net profit which was mainly the result of the revaluation of Resi4Rent projects and handing over to customers nearly 300 apartments – this is a brief summary of Q1 2023 results of Echo-Archicom Group.
