The Echo-Archicom 2030 strategy is to follow a road map that lays out year by year how both companies are to decarbonize through zero-emission developments while further increasing the role of greenery in the group’s projects and supporting appropriate city development. The developers also intend to provide their employees with equal career and training opportunities, maximize construction site safety and strengthen its corporate governance.

Handing over 1,650 apartments for sale and rent to customers, maintaining 100% of the lease level in all completed Resi4Rent buildings, increasing the turnover of Libero in Katowice and Galeria Młociny in Warsaw – this is a summary of the Echo-Archicom Group's operating activities in three quarters of 2022. During this time, the Group generated PLN 125 million in net profit.

Echo Investment finalised the acquisition of a majority stake in Wrocław-based company Archicom, thus becoming the largest residential developer in Poland as the Echo-Archicom group.

Echo Investment will take over a majority stake of the Wrocław-based Archicom company from its founders. Once the transaction is finalized, the Echo-Archicom group will be the largest residential developer in Poland – only in 2021, it will start the construction of 7,000 apartments for sale and rent.

Polish developer Archicom has finalised the sale of the City One, the first building of the City Forum office complex in central Wrocław to an international institutional investor for €33.8 million. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed.
