Globalworth has renewed its Access4you certification for all 16 office buildings in its Romanian portfolio, totaling almost 500,000 sqm. The recertification, conducted with consultancy services from Colliers, marks the second three-year certification cycle for the leading office investor in CEE.

America House has received Access4You Gold certification for its accessibility facilities, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive design and barrier-free access. The certification confirms standards to accommodate individuals with locomotor disabilities, including wheelchair users, elderly individuals, people with reduced mobility, and visitors with strollers, as well as access for blind and hearing-impaired visitors.

Once seen primarily as a regulatory requirement, accessibility is now increasingly recognised as a driver of value in the real estate market. Forte Partners has announced that U•Center 3 in Bucharest has received the Access4you Design Gold Pre-Certification, making it the first office project in Romania to achieve this recognition.
