Savills has been appointed as property manager for Mogilska 35 Office in Kraków. The six-floor office building is one of the latest office projects delivered in southern Poland by Warimpex.

Mogilska 35 Office is a class A office building posessing a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating. Located close to the very centre of Kraków, Mogilska 35 Office has a total area of 13,450 sqm, with floorplates ranging from 1,200 sqm to 1,900 sqm and allowing for flexible office layouts and an efficient use of space. It also provides 264 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park. The building also features end-of-trip facilities for cyclists.

The office building is already almost 50% let. Its tenants include a global HR leader and an international financial services provider. It is also home to Memos, a Warimpex company, which offers flexible offices for lease.

“Mogilska 35 Office is our response to the growing expectations of tenants who prioritise prime location, high-quality office space and sustainability. With solutions that reduce energy and water use, it is in the top 15% of all buildings constructed after 1 January 2021”, says Jerzy Krogulec, CEO, Warimpex Polska. “Out of concern for the safety, health and optimal working conditions for the building’s users, we have implemented a number of solutions that have radically improved the workplace experience of employees and support biodiversity, including green terraces accessible from the offices on the top floors, efficient air-conditioning, acoustic insulation of rooms, and communal areas with lots of greenery”, adds Jerzy Krogulec.

“Mogilska 35 Office has joined the rich portfolio of office buildings that we are pleased to manage in Kraków, the largest regional city office market in Poland. I am confident that drawing on the skills of Savills team we will successfully add value to Warimpex’s new development by taking care of its proper operation and ensuring a comfortable environment for its future tenants”, says Wioletta Nowotnik, Head of Office Property Management, Savills.
