Romanian developer Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the first 209 apartments comprising the first phase of the Boreal Plus residential project in Constanța.

Romanian real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate, the local partner of Savills, is launching a new segment dedicated exclusively to residential leasing through accessing the private rental sector (PRS). 

The Czech government wants to involve the Czech National Development Bank (NRB) in the construction of affordable rental housing. The cabinet is also planning to amend the law on the State Fund for Investment Support (SFPI), which supports housing development in the Czech Republic. This is to support the government's commitment that up to 10,000 extra rental flats could be built per year by the end of the parliamentary term. The Czech Press Agency (CTK) quotes the updated programme statement of the cabinet.

Real estate consultancy Cordon has published its monthly reports based on 500 ads for apartments that were available for lease for Belgrade in February of 2023.

Over the next 10 years, development group Creditas Real Estate plans to invest €1.151 billion in residential construction in the Czech Republic. It wants to build up to 5,500 apartments, of which 1,000 should be for rental housing. The company's CEO Jiří Vajner informed journalists about this.

The Bulgarian housing market entered 2023 with a fragile balance between demand and supply. The market is calming down, after a hyperactive 2022, according to the stats, showcased by Address Real Estate in their annual analyses.

Romanian developer Impact Developer & Contractor said it sold 275 residential units during 2022, which had a combined value of 210 million lei (€‎42.6 million). In the same year, the company recorded pre-sales for another 450 homes with a combined value of 236 million lei (around €‎48 million), according to a statement submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). 

The company’s new business line operates under the Habitu brand and the first property from the PRS sector in the company’s portfolio located in Warsaw was fully leased in two months. The company has announced intensive development of Habitu mainly in the capital city but also in other Polish cities. Syrena plans to offer three thousand units on its PRS platform within five years.

Property developer Interdraw, owned by entrepreneur Ulisse Gheduzzi, has obtained the building permit for a new residential complex in Bucharest that will be developed following an investment of more than €30 million.
